Eligibility criteria: Product can't be returned if it has been worn, washed, or sustained use of any kind. Product can't be returned due to fit! We offer standardized sizes so you must do your own research and order appropriately. We only offer refunds due to quality issues in manufacturing. We can't be responsible for mail carrier handling. IF you don't like what you received and believe you have a legit reason to be upset reach out via email and tell us why. Otherwise, we will not issue any kind of refund or accept any returns. If you ordered to the wrong address we won't make new product for you, double check before ordering.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED! No, you can't swap sizes. Size related emails will be trashed.

Return process: Reach out to our team via email to decide if you are even eligible first. Mail the product back to our fulfillment center please include (name), (address) (original order#), once product is received and inspected a refund may be issued or other options will be offered based on condition of items. Crumpled up garments won't be accepted, they should be same condition we sent to you. It varies from situation to situation. We will work to solve genuine issues, but we make these to order. If you made a mistake in ordering, we won't be responsible to fix your mistake.  It is at our sole discretion whether we feel you are eligible for any kind of return/refund.
