Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship after placing. Orders placed on Friday, weekend, or holiday may take up to a full week to ship. We order materials and make every product to order so it takes some time to prepare them to ship. We print these ourselves with a small team and a high volume of orders. We do our best, but we also experience some delays in inventory and materials due to the postal system or stock availability. Yes, an actual rough house pictures employee handles your order. If you select an upgraded shipping method the 3-5 business day window still applies, and it won't get your package in the mail any sooner than our standard lead-time. It just means that once it is in the mail the carrier will ship it more quickly. Choose from any available shipping option you prefer. We may use another carrier at our discretion but will ship item via a service that has equivalent, or faster, shipping lead time.

We can't control carrier handling. Once an item is in the postal system it is out of our hands. We can't make it get there any faster or help it if the postal service lost your package or delivered to the wrong address. We will not be responsible for fixing these issues. You can file a claim with the carrier if your shipping method included insurance. We will provide any info you need to help back your claim.

Please be 100% sure your mailing address is correct before placing your order as we can't fix it once it's in our system.
